why does it say unconfirmed above a clients name that already came and paid for her service?

Other people that already came and paid the same day it says confirmed so I’m confused.

Hi @AngForeman16 - it sounds like your client didn't confirm the appointment before arriving for their appointment. If you have the Square Assistant enabled, your clients have the ability to confirm, cancel, or change their appointments by responding to a text message.

 

Based on what you've said, I'm thinking that your other clients confirmed their appointments by text and this one did not. Please reach out so we can get you in touch with an Appointments specialist if this doesn't clear things up for you!

Mine says that and my clients ARE IN FACT CONFIRMING. The app is broken
