Anytime I try to log into my square site, "localjoewest.com" and I'm connected to my VPN the page doesn't load. I turn off my VPN and the page will load without issue. This occurs when I'm at home, work and at the business site. I've had several customers claim our website is down but when pressed, they share the same issue, they're connected to a VPN when trying to order food from us. How can I fix this?

Thanks for posting the link to your site (that's the good news) however, regardless of what I do, seems that your site is now currently unreachable regardless of what method and/or browser I use(note: no VPN use). Bottom line, not sure what changes were made or not, right now your site is "We can’t connect to the server at www.localjoewest.com.".

Welcome to the Square community since I see this is your first post.
With No VPN I get a 404 error, with VPN on I get site can not be reached try checking your Proxy ....etc
Some sites require no VPN to be able to identify the persons location. I am not sure if this is possible or not to disable with a Square Website.
