Did not receive a copy of the email that the customer received.

Usually, when an order is made, I receive a copy of the email that my customer receives. Just now, a new order came in but I did not receive a copy of the email. There's also no information about the payment made.

I've also checked the spam folder but it's not there

Hi @afrisian, really sorry to hear you were experiencing this issue! Our engineering team have rolled out a fix and the issue is now resolved so all emails have now been delivered again. If you are still seeing this, let me know and I can check in with the team as it might be a different issue.
