Gift Card email not showing image

Hi.

We have set up gift cards & tried a test purchase to myself.

 

The card image in the received email is broken, yet it appears fine in shop Settings & card balance.

 

Below are screen snaps.

 

I have tried both JPG & PNG format.

 

Please advise how to fix this problem.

Hey @BodyHarmony,

 

Sorry to hear you're having trouble displaying images!

 

This is actually a long standing issue with Outlook, you can read a little more about Outlook image display issues at this website and some troubleshooting guides via Microsoft.

 

You can test this by sending a test to an email address not managed by outlook - for example, if you have a gmail account that you can log into via the website and the image should be viewable!
