Feature Request - Order Reporting

Hi

for my restaurant its important that I have the information on how many orders were placed within an hour or half hour period. My reports only show when customers have paid their checks.

I can see how a detailed order report would benefit restaurant owners. If there are any future updates around this, I'll let you know here!

 

If you are using a KDS, the Kitchen Performance report could also be useful as it shows your completed ticket count by KDS device name, location and time frame. To view your Square KDS report:

  1. Head to your Square Dashboard.
  2. Click Reports > Kitchen Performance.

Note that this report is for tickets that are sent to your Square Kitchen Displays. Items and tickets sent to printers will not be tracked.
