Battery goes green when charging--immediately shows as low battery when plugged in and won't connect
I cannot get my reader to connect successfully--a message comes up (sometimes) 'your reader is taking a long time to connect'--when I press for specs it shows a low battery (amongst other things--it is not saying that that is the problem particularly) even though the battery was showing as fully charged when charging. I've had the reader 'charging' for two full days! Also have tried all the trouble shooting tips--no bananna. Please help!

It sounds like the reader itself might need to be replaced. You can put in a warranty claim and we'll send you out a brand new replacement!
