Hello @captcurt thanks for your post. I'm sorry you're having trouble updating your inventory. Just in case there is something in this post that may help, I'm adding a link to help article here. It's good you downloaded the inventory first, and you're only changing the price. Some columns should not be changed, such as Tokens as these are assigned and used by Square for internal purposes. How many items are you updating? The only idea I have for you is maybe just try updating ONE price and try and upload your edited file, just to see if that one will go. Sometimes doing a large amount of items within one upload can cause some problems.
