walk out on tabs

We occasionally have people walk out on their tabs if we don't take their cards.  Is there a way to remove the opened tab and record the walk out instead of just removing and deleting the tab?  Otherwise if we simply just delete the tab, we won't be able to record the loss.

Outside of the note option, there is not a way to record walk out on an open ticket. 

I think that would be a great feature request.  Our team is constantly improving our products based on feedback like this. You can submit a feature request here.
