Hello, I have created a Membership form using the Contact Form option. It works great but when I test it and submit the form the only portion of the Membership form that I see in my email are the 'form fields', I do not see the 'Text' fields that I created in the form.
So for example I add an 'Option Button' or a 'Large Text Box' and these fields show up fine on the output in my email message. The ones that don't show up are 'Title' and 'Text' or anything that I dragged from the 'Basic' section of the form.
How do I get all the fields in the form to show up after the form has been submitted??
