downgrading from a starter plan to a connect

I would like to change plan . I am at the moment using a starter plan ....I have removed payment options so it cannot renew (its too expensive).

I would like to go to the connect plan at €5 p/m. starting form 19 May 2021 when my starter plan expires.

I hope next year to be upgrade to Pro and have a shop ...but thats next year .

How do I do this ?

Of course you can do that, but remember going forward you may not be able to upgrade to 'starter' plan.  That plan doesn't exist anymore.

I believe I was wrong.  On on my dashboard, I can still buy starter plan!

I was able to remove the plan for you so that you can upgrade to the plan that works best for you. There was about $5 of remaining credit leftover so I added that to your account. The credit will automatically apply to the cost of the new upgrade.
