How to sell flexibly?

I am having an art show. Much of the work is digital. I can print it a hundred different ways, same with scarves, a hundred different ways on many different fabrics. I'm just getting started so I don't want to make a complicated shopping cart. Plus I have no clue how many orders I will get. I would like to make it easy for customers to fill out there basic info and credit info and then just created an invoice based on what they want. Suggestions?
