Ideas for Improvement - Requests, Check-Ins & Tipping

There are a few changes we would love to see to Square Appointments. Is this where we post those ideas?

 

- we would like to be able to make retail items tip exempt. Square currently applies tip to an entire purchase rather than services only which confuses our clients and allocates tips to our front desk team rather than the intended service provider. And no, we don't want to ring up 2 separate transactions for each client.

 

- from the iPads, it would be nice to indicate when a guest has checked in for their appointment and when they have requested a specific service provider rather than chosen "any available provider". A simple 'R' for 'request' on the mobile/ipad view would be helpful.

 

That's all I can think of for now! We love Square Appointments!
