Any updates on when or if Square will ever add a feature of being able to include a Health Intake form(or other forms) that can be automatically sent to clients, when they schedule an appointment? The Square community has been asking for this feature to be added for years and it's ridiculous it still hasn't happened. Responses from Square support have always been that users can add a workaround by using Jotforms, etc, but this is not efficient. I've explored using Acuity, Vagaro, Noterro, MassageBook, Timely and many others and they all have this feature. We've wanted to stay with Square, because we don't want to have to use several different programs to manage our appointment scheduling, payment processing, etc, but it makes it so difficult to continue to stay with Square when Square is so far behind with adding some of the simple features that these other providers include(especially with a Square price increase coming). Unfortunately, it's now getting to a point that switching to a different program may be the only viable option to help keep our business moving forward, benefit our clients, etc. Square would make so many users so much happier by including a couple added features and tweaks and would no doubt obtain even more users and dominate the market. Hi All, I was wondering if there was a way (in the appointments app) that I can add an “After Hours” option for my clients to select after hours appointments? Example; Bob wants to book an appointment at 11:30PM, regular hours go until 11:00PM - Bob can choose to select a premium price for an after hours appointment. When using the regular business hours to book an appointment, Bob can only choose the next available time slots that populate. He wouldn’t have an option to choose for an 11:30PM time slot. Anyone ever try this? Or have any ideas on how I could set this option up? It would be nice to have an automatic booking change (I.e shop is closed, but after hours appointments now show up after closing). I really hope this makes sense … Looking forward to options and ideas.

I've dug around and have not been able to find an answer to my question. I DO understand the difference between No show protection and COF. What is the option to be able to fall back on my No Show Protection when a client books over the phone or in person? I do not make available every single service I do as able to be scheduled online. So when I have that flakey client that wants to rebook at her appointment, there's no way to have her next appointment have No Show Protection because she's not booking it herself online. Now, I could add her card to her Client info (COF) but it has to be manually entered and I'm instructed to print out the auth form for them to sign, extra steps and a pain. SO I get all that, but if a client has a COF, flakes on an appointment, they can easily REMOVE their COF and not be charged a cancellation fee. Why can't a clients card info be connected to each appointment they book? Is there something I'm not seeing or some other kind of work around?
