How do I connect payments to my website?

I have set up my website and it says that credit card payments are connected and accessing however when people go to place orders it says that their payment has been declined even when they have plenty of money in their accounts. I am not sure how to fix this if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated thanks.

1. Sign in to your Square account

2. Head to our contact page https://squareup.com/help/au/en/contact

3. Go to "Other" then "I don't see my issue"

4. Click "Message us" or "Email us"
