Re: Transferring funds

Hello, I am having the same problem - I have been receiving the funds after 4pm the day after money is taken - except today - can someone tell me why I would suddenly miss a payment and how long should I wait before raising an issue?

You can call 0800 - 098 8008, 9AM- 5PM, Mon-Fri. We cannot share account-specific information here as this is a public thread. Our Support team will be able to help you.
