Can we change the pick up scheduling so that it schedules the default prep time to the minute? For example, if someone orders at 11:00 am with a 15 minutes default prep time, they will get an expected pick up time as 11:15.
However, if someone orders at 11:01 with the same default prep time, they will get an expected pick up time of 11:20. All tickets that come in from 11:01 to 11:05 will ALL get 11:20 as a pick up. This floods our restaurant with tickets with the same pick up time.
It would be hugely helpful for flow if instead the customer got a pick up time of 11:16 when ordering at 11:01, and so forth.
