Received an email yesterday that Square will be taking out $15 from my account but it doesn't say why. Did anybody else get this too?

First, are you sure the email actually came from Square? https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5571-recognize-and-report-phishing-scams
If it is from Square, you can contact them directly as they can't answer specific questions about your account on this public forum. https://squareup.com/help/us/en/contact Square shouldn't be taking money out unless you have return or scheduled payment for something

Square is now charging $15/month so you can view your customer info, but you have to opt in. It is their
Customer Engagement Pro "service." You now have to pay to search through your customer database. If you opted in for the free trial, the "free" probably expired and you are now being charged.
