Appointments: How do I set up an invoice to be sent automatically when an appointment is booked?
Using the Appointments App - How do I set up an invoice to be sent automatically when an appointment has been scheduled? I don't require pre payment.

I am new to square so these may be very basic questions:
1. How do I set up my Appointment App to automatically send out an invoice when a service is scheduled (appointment confirmed)?
2. In the appointment app, how do I add custom discounts? The app currently includes the option for a 5% cash discount.
Appreciate any assistance.

Hi @HICO - To create a discount, you would need tap ☰ then go to Items > Discounts > Create Discount.
Currently, there isn't a way to automatically set up an Invoice to automatically be sent when an appointment is scheduled. Do you mind sharing why you would need your clients to pay via Invoice rather than charging them in person at the conclusion of the appointment?
