Appointments: My services are not updating

Hello,

 

I have updated my services, moved them around and they still don't appear on my booking site correctly.  There are services missing. Any suggestions? Also the email on the booking site is my old email not the accurate one.

@dianevich That sounds strange! If you have multiple locations, can you try rearranging your services following these steps? 

  1. Sign into your Appointments Dashboard
  2. Click Online Booking from the menu on the left > then click Visibility and Display.
  3. At the top of the screen, click on the location name (it's in a grey box) and use the dropdown to select the location you want to update.
  4. Drag and drop service to rearrange. That's it! 

If you don't have multiple locations, or you've already followed tried these steps please try clearing your browsing history, and checking that your browser is up to date. You could also try switching to a different browser like Google Chrome. 

 

To update your email address:

  1. Go to the Account & Settings section of your Dashboard.
  2. Click Business > Locations and click on the name of the location.
  3. Enter the email address you want to appear online. Click Save
