Automatic Welcome Email is not being sent to new customers

Yesterday I sent my subscribe link to all my customers to gather their emails. everyones emails came in, but it shows that the Auto Welcome Email I made was not sent out to anyone even tho the status says "Active" on my Auto welcome campaign. 

 

Can anyone help me with this to get the email out to my customers?

Welcome to the Community! 

 

Make sure you completely activated your campaign and it's not just a "Draft". Also, the welcome emails are usually sent after the first purchase is made or visit to the store. Is that the campaign you created?
