Can I use square POS in a restaurant outside the U.S. and process card payments separately?

Hi! I have a restaurant in Bogotá and am looking for a good and simple POS system.  I know I can't use square to process payments, but can I use the POS system separately? And then process credit card payments and cash payments separately?

Yes, many people use the free Square POS app and then process Credit cards with another local processor, you can even enter them in the POS as an "other" payment during checkout.
