Can square be used with custom fields in a ticket instead of a customer, to track retail service work orders or jobs, such as product repairs, photography, data recovery, digital creative work, etc. All of the customer points are already in the system, however job tracking by service name, status (received, completed, in-progress, etc.,) and date (that is, being able to track by job status by date.)
Presently using a 3rd party software (filemaker) with a custom db all entered manually for each service work order which is all double entry!
