I registered years ago only to find out it was not available in canada. Now that it is everytime I try and log in or continue the registration process it locks me out by saying my email is wrong or directs me to the US site where I cant put in my Canadian info. So I'm about to give up. Any thoughts?

And at what number??????? You cant access it via your website unless you log in which I cant do as per my first inquiry.......

Write in to them via email so that they can verify you, then they'll be able to send you a customer code if you prefer a phone call.
They can also remove the account over email as well if that's more convenient for you.
