Cash returns

I had a customer come in to buy a shirt with cash and then a few days later she came back to return it. One of the employees gave the customer her cash back but that made the drawer off. Is there an easier way to do a cash refund from a few days back?

the easiest way would be to use the receipt number from their previous purchase to lookup the transaction in your transactions tab.  that way you can do a refund on that specific transaction and that will also keep your cash drawer stats correct as it will know you refunded a transaction out of the drawer.
