Customer paid deposit for order but not showing in Square

I have a customer who placed a fairly large order from me today, I send the invoice with a request for deposit. She told me she paid it , but it is not showing in the invoice as paid. The other invoice i sent was paid in full, but this one there is no sign of. 

 

Please help. Thank you
