@Diva1961 You are able to enter card information manually if the customer gives it to you. Phone call would probably be safer than over email or messaging. We have done this for someone who lived in a different state wanted to buy a gift card for their sons birthday.

I have customers who call me and give me their payment details over the phone, I enter this information right into Square Virtual Terminal, or an app on my personal phone, not the stores phone, or into a Square Stand. I just pay the higher processing fee for card not present for these transactions. I am in PA and get phone calls from all over the US for orders and do it this way with no issues.
