We do have a newsletter that we print quarterly, called A Blast with Glass. It's a four page letter and we list our upcoming classes and events for the current quarter. We also include a fun fact to help keep people involved and interested, and the last page is a word search problem that people can finish and bring back into the store (anything to get people in the store!) for a $10 gift certificate for the person who finds all the words.
We send it out via email to our applicable customers and spread them around at a few local merchants who allow us a small amount of space for them. Here's the front page from our latest edition:
