Great Tech Support through the Phone!

I called Square today to sort out details and get shipping information added to my site.  Both Matthew and Julio were extremely helpful.  I didn't get the help I needed as much through the chat threads, but the customer service over the phone today was great in case anyone else needs to call in to Square!

We've had very good experiences dealing with Tech Support via phone too - can't say that about the other payment processor we used before Square which was one of the reasons we switched to Square.
