It started to happen yesterday. When a customer orders 5 items, it will print 5 ticket stubs, but with only one ticket. It will print multiple ticket stubs when there are multiple items. It happens on in-person and online orders. Is there any way to stop the multiple ticket stubs from printing? I only need one ticket stub. There is only auto generated number on the ticket stubs. It’s no use to print multiple of it. I check the setting of the printer. The “single item per ticket” is unchecked, but I don’t think this feature is related to this problem.

Same problem here, tried to contact Square via Twitter and email more than a week ago, no reply so far...

just spoke with customer service, it is a known issue, they're working on a software update.
