How to stop printing multiple ticket stubs

It started to happen yesterday.  When a customer orders 5 items, it will print 5 ticket stubs, but with only one ticket.  It will print multiple ticket stubs when there are multiple items. It happens on in-person and online orders.  Is there any way to stop the multiple ticket stubs from printing?  I only need one ticket stub.  There is only auto generated number on the ticket stubs.  It’s no use to print multiple of it.  I check the setting of the printer.  The “single item per ticket” is unchecked, but I don’t think this feature is related to this problem.

I'd recommend contacting our direct CS team to flag bugs or issues like this as I don't believe other sellers will be able to assist with that here from the Seller to Seller Community.

 

You can reach them here to have a ticket filed and a further look taken.

I am having the same issue. It looks like the problem started happening since Square updated how their tickets are formatted.
