I'm trying to purchase any item within shopping cart...I receive Error 500 and can not complete.

I've tried to purchase items such as POS Square Register, Chip Card Reader.. etc....I receive Error 500 once I try to pay for items within the shopping cart.

Have you tried using a separate browser or a new device to place your order? We do see our online shop encounter periodic issues with browsers or devices that have a pending software update available.

 

When you get a chance, try processing the order using Google Chrome - this seems to be the most reliable browser when using our software. If that doesn't work, feel free to reach out to our Support Team. We would be happy to help troubleshoot a bit more.
