Is anyone having trouble accepting chip payments on their reader this week?
My square mobile terminal was refusing chip payments yesterday, did anyone have a problem working their square programs yesterday? Wondering if this is a issue for Christmas retail!?
Here's link to Square's System Status - when you notice something unusual going on, it may be system wide or possibly just a quirk with hardware and/or network connections. At least it's a starting point for questions and/or troubleshooting - from there, contacting Tech Support probably would be your next option.
