Is there a way to attach a contract to an online checkout link?

I have an expo this weekend and will be running a flash sale. I want people to scan an online checkout QR code to purchase the sale but I want a contract attach that they are agreeing to when they pay. Is there an option to attach a contract to a checkout link?

I'm really sorry we were not able to get to this quicker! Did you already have your event?

It's not possible to attach a contract to the Square Online Checkout links at this time. Do you have a Square Online website created? I imagine you could add a pdf file in the item description, then use an Item Modifier to have customers check that they agree.
