No 3G or 4G Service

I have a question.  Say there is no 3G or 4G service when I am out in the field doing a job, however there might be voice service.  Is there a phone number I can call in, enter the credit card information, enter my merchant number and get an authorization on the sale?

No. 

But you can take payments in offline mode but you are responsible if it is declined once you connect to the internet. Make sure you take buyer information if you do take payments in offline mode. 

I have never used offline mode due to high risk of declined cards and me being out he money and products.
