Not Yet Approved

We signed up to Square in September, brought hardware and started setting it up when we started to get the error "Not Yet Approved" on our account. We then proceeded to get "We do not currently support your selected business type for payment processing" error. Reaching out to Square, they requested:

 

lease follow the steps below and upload the documents as required:

  1. Navigate to Account & Settings > Business > Square Secure in your online Square Dashboard.
  2. In โ€˜Business Documentsโ€™ part 7, please upload a PDF copy of the most recent meeting minutes of the Annual General Meeting for ************* (showing the election of Office holders, including President, Treasurer & Secretary).
  3. In โ€˜Business Overviewโ€™ part 1, please upload a front and back copy of a current Driverโ€™s License for each of the President and Treasurer (or equivalent in each case). If either or both individuals do not have a current Driverโ€™s Licence, please upload a Medicare Card or Passport instead, and a utility bill confirming the identity holderโ€™s address.

We provided all those details, even had transactions on our bank records incoming and outgoing for 1c. we hadn't heard from anyone for a while so we chased it up and got the following response:

Thanks for your reply! It's been more than 2 weeks since we last heard from you, so we closed this case.

We were waiting for your response from the email previously advising that we had provided documentation on the 23rd of October.

 

If you are unable to provide support or assist us, we will be wanting a full refund on all products we purchased so we can proceed with another ePos supplier. 

 

Can you please advise our next course of action?
