I use Square; oftentimes I cannot gain an internet signal in peoples homes. It should be noted that I cannot use the 'swipe' device on the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge phone. It doesn't work, so I manually enter CC numbers, etc. When I can't get a connection, I turn on Offline Mode. Offline mode does not offer "Manual Credit Card Entry (online only)" option. It seems during Offline Mode, only the swipe device can be used to capture the CC info. Am I doing something wrong?
So how do I accept CC using square now? Does anyone know how to work around this?
