Payroll - Ohio Tipped Employees

In Ohio the State minimum for tipped employees is $8.30/hr or $7.25/hr if the business makes less than $305K in gross receipts. If we are using Square Payroll, does the system automatically take these rules into account and apply them if the employee is under that amount for the pay period or do we have to do this manually?

Hey @fibbrew - Sorry for the delay in response as we were checking in with the Payroll team. Unfortunately, the system won't take those parameters into account and you would need to make sure that you're compliant on your end.
