I am concerned that tne new reader I ordered with the hover / chip ability is lost in the mail. It has been over 2 weeks since I received a notification that my reader was on the way. How do I contact Square to get confirmation of the shipping / address / zip / tracking # in order to get this taken care of? Thanks to the community in advance!

I am thinking my 2 chip readers are lost in the mail. I received a confirmation email back in April, but nothing else. Are they just taking a while to ship?
