Ready for Pick-Up Text

Hello all! I own a dry cleaning drop-off store. The system has worked great for us so far. I’m looking for a feature to text customers when their garments are ready for pick-up and friendly reminders if the initial text doesn’t get them in. Any help is much appreciated!

We haven't gotten around to adding a SMS notification feature in POS  that reminds your customers when their dry cleaning is ready. That feature is exclusive to the Online Store if configured for pickup,  but I don't believe that's the solution fits with your type of biz.  

Hopefully I'm understanding what you're looking to accomplish. Let me know if I'm off base.
