Sales Email confirmation displays incorrect date

Does anyone else have issues with their sales emails showing a different date to what it actually should be?

I have my time zone settings correct yet my sales emails show approx 14 hours behind. This makes it quite hard when an enquiry comes in to use the date/time as a reference to search for a particular sale.

Is there a fix for this?

If you've not already done so, the best place to get further help here is through our support team. They will be able to get more information on the issues and a screenshot, and file a bug report for our engineers to look further into the issue.

1. Sign in to your Square account

2. Head to our contact page https://squareup.com/help/au/en/contact

3. Go to "Other"" then "I don't see my issue"

4. Click "Message us" or "Email us"
