Square keeps freezing

Hello - I am using the Square app. Whenever I try to put the iPad into guided access mode it works fine but it freezes the screen which prevents me from getting to the other Square screens. I can press the home button 3 times and get it out of guided access mode and the Square app goes back to working correctly but it really needs to be in guided access mode to prevent others from accessing the settings, etc. Anyone else using Square that is having this issue? TIA!

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I'd first try updating the POS app to the latest version (we've had a couple of new app releases in the past week) as well as iOS itself, if there are any updates available. Then, turn the iPad off and on again and see if this fixes the issue.
