Unable to Access Online from Dashboard

I have a client who has granted me full access as a team member. However, if I click on the "online" button under items in the dashboard, all I get is an error message from Weebly.Weebly Error Message.png

 

In a meeting with the client, we ensured I have access to "online." She showed me she has a Weebly site already created. When she tries to log in from her Weebly account it shows her this:Square Error message 2.jpg

I believe this happens if your Square account is under an email address that was once also a party of the Weebly system. I recommend reaching out to our support team here for assistance. A rep will be able to confirm, and help you correct the login issue.
