What are the recommended next steps after being hung up on by support?
I called seeking help regarding an issue with frozen funds during an account ownership transfer. The person I spoke with was understandably unable to do anything about it, so I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told that they would email me. I assured them that I could wait on hold until the supervisor was available, and they instead hung up on me while I was mid-sentence.
