Where do the smiley face and frown face review invitations displayed prominently atop digital receipts sent via email and text message to customers end up, and what are they used for?

Also, is there a way we can swap that default review invitation for something that would help our business succeed like Google Reviews, that would greatly enhance our SEO since Google uses reviews as one of their very top algorithm pillars?
