I’m having trouble with the links made to purchase items online. I haven’t found any information on why the links could be “dead-ends” like in my situation. I can create a link for my item but once I click the link it goes to a landing page saying “something went wrong”. How can I see the online sale page the link is supposed to go to?

So you're seeing that the link will work after an amount of time? The issue that may be going on is an unregistered glitch through the online checkout delaying the activation of a checkout link, or alternatively it could be something to do with your cookies, please clear the cookies on the device that you're accessing the online checkout link on and see if that makes a difference!
