Why do I have two locations? Can I merge them?

I somehow have two locations in my app, how do I fix this

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community 

 

You cannot merge two locations, but you can deactivate one of them. To do so:

 

  1. Visit Locations > Click the location you wish to deactivate.
  2. Click Deactivate > Deactivate this Location.
  3. When you deactivate a location, it will still appear in your Sales section of your Dashboard as inactive. You’ll be able to run reports and view sales history for inactive locations.


If you later decide to use this location, you can reactivate at any time. To do so:

 

  1. Visit Locations > Select Status (Inactive).
  2. Click the location you wish to reactivate.
  3. Click Reactivate Location.

Hi Isabelle_,

just to go further on this. Is it possible to merge the two locations inventory into 1?

At this time, we don't have a way to merge two inventories from different locations. If this feature changes in the future, we will make sure to let you know.
