Why doesn't a customer's phone number show up in personal information when I pull up a file?

I'm in the process of updating my customer database, which includes entering accurate email addresses, phone numbers and mailing addresses.  After I have entered and saved this information under Personal Information for each customer, the email addresses and mailing addresses show up but none of the phone numbers show up.  How do I get phone numbers to show up in customer Personal Information?

Well, never mind my question.  It appears that if I use a right click to copy and paste from a Google sheet then it doesn't show up, but if I use ctrl c  and ctrl v then the phone numbers will save and show up.
