I perused the previous questions on physical address vs PO Box but they didn't answer whether or not I MUST display my home address to customers when I use POB for everything... Is there a way around sharing this info with customers but still providing my physical address to Square?

Hey @JennaK - you're not required to show your home address. Add your PO Box to the Locations tab of Dashboard so it's customer facing on receipts, invoices, online store, etc.

Thank you for your reply. It's making me add a physical address to my POB in 'locations' - said I cannot only use a PO box... is there another place it will accept the physical addy?

Hmm, I just plugged in a PO Box to the Locations tab on my demo account with no issue. What device and browser are you using?
