hardware rental

Hi All -

We are a non-profit with one event per year for which we use Square/SquareUp -- January 16, 2020 is our next event -- very close.  Our benefactor that donated three iPads for the last several years no longer has them available.  We know about Fello, pretty expensive for a one night rental.

Are there other options for rentals?  Is Fello open to reduced rates for non-profits (IRS certified)? Is anyone able to part with three iPads from Jan 15 - 17 so that we can process our donations on Jan 16, 2020?  

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
