Have you tried checking your spam folders? Sometimes these emails get filtered to spam or archive folders automatically. If you still can't find it please reach out to me and I'll help you get a case started with our Customer Success Team. They will be able to look at the emails on the back end of your account.

Hello @00mandy34, it sounds like your debit card isn't supported with Instant Deposits, I'm sorry! There's a list of banks that we've had strong success linking in our Support Center, but we can't confirm if a card is supported until you try to link your debit card. If your card isn't supported you can still receive free next business day deposits
